Birds nesting in roof

We have birds that nest in our roof cavity. Mainly starlings but also some sparrows. We are looking for someone to remove the nesting material and prevent future nesting. They get in between the spouting and the roof iron at a number of places. Many are high from the ground, on the second storey and the roof is quite steep. There is internal access to these areas in the ceiling although it can be a bit tight in places.
