Sub-floor borer treatment

I'm interested in getting a sub-floor borer treatment for my house in Newtown. I was under the floor yesterday, and noticed what looked like borer dust. The total sub-floor area is approx 75 square metres. I'm interested on what guarantees can be provided so that, if borer are rediscovered after the treatment, a solution will be in place.
