Ant infestation

We have an ant problem that hasn''t resolved despite us using 'no ants' ant bait. Ants frequently found in the kitchen, have also been seen coming up through the bath and shower. They were manageable last summer, went away over the winter and have come back with a vengeance this summer. Bird nesting in roof

Bird nest removal + duct cover install

The duct cover for the bathroom fell off at some point and now a bird has made a nest inside it. I require someone to remove the nest and screw up a new cover. Unsure if the duct is still functional as there is one out the roof at the same location. If that’s the case, it might be able to be removed and hole blocked from the inside of the roof cavity. Outside access isn’t great (sloped dirt), and is two storeys high, so a ladder that reaches 7-8m will be required.

Borer in exterior weatherboard - Needed quickly

I am currently having the exterior of my house painted and the painters have stripped back to bare wood. There is a lot of evidence of borer. This is in the newer part of the house. The 1930s wood appears borer free. The painter is nervous about applying any surface borer control and wants an expert opinion, but I'm paying. Hopefully not $thousands!
