Mice on my kitchen bench

Help- we walked into our kitchen tonight and found a mice fly off the kitchen bench and land on top of the dishwasher and scatter behind it! We pulled out the dishwasher and found droppings on top of the dishwasher (cleaned regularly so this is a new finding). We also pulled the skirting board out to have a look at the floor under the sink and found multiple droppings. Also have found a hole it the wall behind the dishwasher which could lead to outside potentially.... See photo attached. Unsure...

Check roof area for birds nests (and remove if any)

We have a two story house with a varied roof line and a number of apexes. We are concerned we may have a bird’s nest somewhere on the roof like we cannot see (have had reports of birds with twigs flying onto roof). We need someone with the right equipment (eg long ladder) to come and check the roof and remove if found. See photos for roof lines at front; round the back is simpler.
