URGENT – Severe pest infestation (rats/mice, cockroaches & fleas) – residential

We have a residential rental property with a serious pest infestation requiring an experienced pest control technician (not just surface spraying).
Issues identified:
• Rodents (rats and mice) active in walls, ceiling cavities and under the house
• Rodent droppings found in cupboards and storage areas
• Heavy cockroach infestation inside kitchen drawers, cupboards, power outlets and behind fridge/freezer (nesting behaviour observed)
• Fleas present, likely secondary to rodents. Tenants keep dog in the sleepout where there are lots of fleas.
• Holes/gaps in cupboards and internal areas previously used by rodents
Scope required:
• Full inspection and assessment
• Rodent control (baiting/trapping strategy for walls, ceiling and subfloor)
• Cockroach treatment using gel bait and residual treatment (not spray only)
• Flea treatment
• Advice on entry points and prevention
