Removing birds nesting under roof

We've got some birds nesting in the edge of our roof, and they seem to be pulling out bits of the wall insulation. The roof is an iron roof, with a corrugated edge where it meets the outside walls. The birds seem to be flying in through the gap in the corrugated edge. The main area is in corner of the carport.
