1). Our tenant lady complains about having maggots appearing on kitchen bench-top the last couple of days ( please see photo attached), and having blow fly coming into the house too. 2) She said last week there is some really weird and not very nice smell coming from the roof cavity in the kitchen. When she opened the cupboard near the kitchen door there is a very strong smell. She doubt there could be a dead possum or mouse in the roof. (They have had possums on thereof, she heard them scratching around; she said they had a couple of mice, too. They set traps and caught them. ) They turned off the ventilation system and the smell seems became less. 3). There are some brown powder appears constantly on one of the bedroom window sills (please see photo attached). It comes back within a couple of days after being wiped away. Also it is inside most of the kithen cupboards too.
