Get rid of flying insect nest from garden bed #2

We want someone to come and have a look at this colony of some kind of flying insect in our garden bed and get rid of it please . The insects look like mosquitoes / ants , behave like flies . I have attached a picture of their nest and one of them I managed to capture in my camera . Their activity decreases in shade and increases as soon as sunlight falls on their nest.
