Check roof for potential rodent entry areas and fix

I live near the sea and bush so have bait stations serviced monthly. I have gutter guard and when having the roof serviced had an entry area sealed. I haven’t had any activity in my ceiling for over a year but following the recent storm I do again now. I’d like my roof/ceiling checked to see if any areas have opened up and can be sealed.

Borer in ceiling cavity

Small house 94m2. Evidence of borer seen in the ceiling cavity. Small amount of borer in house was treated ten years ago and no evidence of spread. Not sure if ceiling was done. Interested in cost for ceiling alone, but also curious how much whole house and under house would cost as well.

Pigeon removal

We have a pigeon problem (roosting on roof, pooing on path outside back door, by clothes line). Not sure how many, may just be two at present. Have considered spikes, but they would be a little unsightly and the pigeons may just move to another edge of the roof. Open to recommendations, including humane removal. Photo shows the roof edge where they perch, approx 7-8 metres above ground level. Roof is easy to access, low pitch.

Removal of Starling nest from eaves & futureproofing

No more starlings in eaves!
