Anti borer- crawl space

Need to get borer control done. 2 places are easy to access. Main part is I found a piece of long wood loosleu sitting under the subfloor (accessable) all eaten up. I wonder if there are more. It's a 60sqm unit 1975 built Linwood. Need to do bit of crawling to check.

Domestic mouse control assesment and solution

15 year old brick veneer house with persistent mouse issues in roof space and maybe walls. We've set traps and bait in the roof space and kitchen and this has caught a number of mice but we're don't feel like this has made enough of a difference. We'd like someone to come out and assess the situation and do something if it seems worth while, or let us know what to do if the mouse problem we have is within acceptable norms.

Mice/rats pest control in house

I have rats in my ceiling space and likely some are in the walls as I can hear that ticking noise that they make. I have put some 'no mice' feed blocks into the ceiling space over the last two weeks but I can still hear them moving about.
