Borer inspection needed
Job description
My husband and I have had an offer accepted on a house in Mairehau. We are currently in the 10 day 'due diligence' period before confirmation. We have had a building inspection carried out on the property and they have recommended we have a borer expert come and take a closer look at potential damage to the subfloor due to borer. As our confirmation day is Tuesday 5th, we would ideally like to have this done tomorrow or Friday.
