External weatherboard and underfloor borer treatment

We are getting the external of the house painted in a couple of weeks, and wanting to get the borer holes in the weatherboards treated prior. Also wanting treatment to some of the wooden beams under the house (easy access) if possible. Looking for a formal invoice once job completed.
