Before I posted this job on builderscrack, I contacted a pest control company and told them about the ants in the ceiling. They told me that ants are an ongoing problem, not realistic to eradicate them - they tried to sell me their quarterly maintenance service instead. I almost believed them. But when Julius came, he did a thorough job, going around the house, up the ceiling etc. I found him respectful, reliable, and professional. Strongly recommended!
