I am very happy with the results of the job. I don't hear the rats skirmishing around inside the roof any more. The two servicemen that came were really friendly and one of them explained to me the tactic they'd use. They knew what they were doing!. I would have loved a bit of estimate about the cost of the supplies that goes beyond the hourly rate/travel costs.
