Borer fumigation

I need the underfloor of a 100sqm cottage fumigated for borer which affecting the matai floor and some joists. I have removed the insulation and the soil is covered with plastic sheeting. There is ok access from below in all areas. It has recently been treated with Timbor but I want to fumigate as well.
