Ant issue in one room

We have a guest room on the ground floor of our townhouse complex (which borders the lower patio with a sliding door) which has hundreds of tiny black ants crawling in through the electrical box and rapidly dying on the floor. We would require treatment of this room and possibly the adjacent wall outside. We would prefer treatments that kill the colony itself rather than barrier treatments if possible!
Availability would ideally be around working hours - Easter Monday, weeknights, or this Friday day time if possible! Even next Saturday.
We are located on Sackville St in Grey Lynn.
