American cockroaches in roof cavity

Have just moved house and noticed that there is an american cockroach infestation in the roof cavity. Have mainly found them in the cupboards by the vent over the oven which goes into the ceiling, but also seen them in one of the bedrooms at night (sprayed the room with kiwicare bug spray and haven’t seen any in the room since then) Three bedroom 1950s standalone house with office and lounge, no garage. Would like a quote for treatment please.
