New path, repair back yard patchup and level parking at house front

I have just moved into a home where bricks at front of house have sunken where wheels run over them regular, would like 2 sq mtr area concreted and bricks removed. Back yard has had something removed from flat area approx 1 mtr sq, like smoothed over. Slope lawn down southern side house need external oath from back to front of property, ie west down hill to eastern lawn with 1 small tree needing removed first.
