Following construction of a new retaining wall, supply and install a concrete pad above the wall. Approximate pad area is 70 m2. Pad will support a 30 m2 shed. Contractor to design slab thickness, reinforcing, and footings or an alternative raised floor solution to meet shed manufacturer requirements including hold down fixings. Site will be cleared and prepped by client to approximately 200 mm below finished level. Contractor to allow for all further preparation, basecourse, compaction, reinforcing steel, and concrete works above this level. Include advice and installation of suitable drainage, finished falls, and stormwater tie in. Concrete finish to be broom finish. Include control joints, curing, spoil removal, and tidy up. Supply and install concrete driveway approximately 175m2 we will remove all bushes and plants prior to works. Contractor to remove and dispose of existing half bricks as part of the works. Driveway alignment to run as close as practical to the boundary fence. Contractor to allow for excavation, basecourse, compaction, reinforcing, concrete placement, and finishing. Include suitable drainage, finished falls, and stormwater tie in. Surface finish to match broom finish of concrete pad unless otherwise stated.
