This is a rental property. The current driveway is narrow, with broken concrete and grass & weeds growing through. I'd like to replace the driveway with one that's easy to maintain. I'd also like to widen the driveway to take advantage of the flat section and provide more car parking. There are two stormwater drains which need to be incorporated. Area is approx 90m2, and contains a section of grass which is currently raised by a small retaining wall. Open to alternative suggestions.
