Great to do business with Norman. He was prompt in making contact with me and reliable when turning up at a time he said he would. He listened to what our requirements were and explained what he would be doing, and why. This left us feeling very confident that our job was in good hands. The quote was detailed and was the price we paid, with no nasty 'extras' once the work was done. Very happy with quality of workmanship. Norman is reliable, honest and trustworthy. We are happy to recommend him.
