Hot Tub Concrete Base Pour

I need a concrete pour for a Hottub base. I have prepared a 2.6x2.3x0.25m area for this as per the photo. I'd like you to provide and pour the concrete. The concrete will need to be brought approx. 30 metres distance from the road (see path illustrated by the arrows on the last 3 photos) Additionally, please give me a price for moving the hottub (which is 370kg) a few metres onto the base once it's set (as see in the first photo) Thank you!
