Concrete or fix up pavers

I have a path currently pavers that have over the years subsided and become uneven. I would like either the pavers to be straightened up and spacing filled so no weeds or alternatively concrete the area. The main path is approx 13m long by 1m with a couple of parts slightly wider 1.5m , (photo 1 &2) the other part I measured is 4.5m long and 1.3m wide (photo 3 with brush and wool sack on it)
