Side Garage Pathway in concrete

New concrete pathway laid in a small enclosure between the garage and the fence. Need laborer to the manual work of digging up, laid in gravels, leveling off the gravels and pegging in the wood planks. Also laid in the metal mesh. And pour in the concrete and level it off. Size of footpath: 0.9m x 9m (probably 100mm deep). I am more than happy to provide all the materials required for this job. 2 photos attached for your perusal.
