Coveraing paved area with concrete

Cover area that has concrete pavers between our deck and garden with an even layer of concrete. Our pavers currently grow weeds in-between in the dirt, look ugly and a couple are uneven. We would like the concrete to be textured or have stones in, would need the trradies advice as well on what they can do that will look good
