The house has a series of small roof pods and they need sealing with 2 coats of a liquid rubber waterproof sealant which is easy to paint on then apply a liquid rubber membrane coating to the roof pods. Most of the roof is easy to access. This should be scheduled in now as a late Spring or early Summer job. Looking forward to hearing from an experienced painter.
