Strip external paint (lead detected) & repaint

Strip old peeling paint (lead detected) from exterior of 1920s kauri railway cottage and shed, and prep for repainting. Would like to discuss the re-painting job too, but the stripping job is the priority for now. Small one storey cottage. Current exterior paint is in fair-poor condition, with some sections peeling/flaking. Includes a range of windows, including heritage double sash windows, bifold windows, and a French door.
