1950s House Needing Spruce Up

Possibly lead paint based on house age? It's very flakey and is in dire need of a refresh. Have no idea of cost, first home buyer wanting to make the house look good to impress when driving down the road. Scaffold most likely required as house built on sloping section and very high. Needs a bit of filling in certain areas where boards have cracked. VERY KEEN for quotes, I would love to do it myself but I can see its too much for me. Looking for a full paint job (windows, eves). I have an idea of the colour range i'm after but would need samples to identify correct names.
