"Hi Kay.
To the best of our knowledge all outstanding works were completed on this job in September. We quoted you separately for the door on the 12th July and you declined the quote. The touchups to the house you requested were completed on the 21st of September. I have heard nothing from you for 8 months so I am a little surprised with your late review. If there is an area of concern regarding the work please communicate directly so we may resolve the situation ASAP."
