We own a small 100 sqm 1940s house in Tawa. It's a good structure. Needs exterior scraping and painting work done. We are looking to get quotes from tradespeople that may be interested and available. The dwelling is long term tenanted and we would be able to organise a quick viewing for you on Monday or tuesday 19/20 June to be able to quote. Thanks CJ Mhatre
