Refresh bedroom and dining room
Job description
Tenants have moved out, and there is a bit too much "wear and tear" to re-let unchanged. One bedroom has nicks over every wall, and the dining room has nicks over one wall. I have secured paint for both (probably not enough for the lounge) as I was going to do it myself but events have meant I need to get someone to do it. Bedroom is approx 3.3m x 2.5m (x 2.4high) Dining room wall is about 2.5m wide. I'm not sure the replacement dining room paint is a good paint match, if not job will need to extend to paint essentially the whole dining room. I want the skirtings and windows in those rooms repainted at the same time, so proper masking off the carpet to get good coverage on skirting is required. A good match to existing trim paint needed to prevent new job sticking out like dogs balls compared to adjacent areas. Lastly a repaint of the fireplace mantle, plain white.
