Small touch up repairs job in Te Aro - quote and receipt required.

I have damage to an interior wall as well as to a door that requires repaint (see attached pictures). The two jobs are in the same property and can be done at any time however the wall and door need to be quoted and invoiced as separate jobs, as one is wear and tear and the other is tenant damage. The wall needs to be tidied up and damaged area re-painted with 2 coats of Resene Quarter Thorndon. The door needs to be tidied up and damaged area re-painted with Resene double Thorndon cream lastacryl. This is a very small job, however landlords cannot bill for their time so this creates work for someone that wants it.
