4 bedroom split level house requires painting

The whole house needs an interior refresh and will be empty for this work to be done. I only have exterior photos to show you but you can see that access is good. We will be painting the exterior as well but that might need to be a follow up job depending on time & cost. We are interested in possibly removing textured coating on ceilings & painting hollow wooden doors. Can a cork tile floor be refreshed as well? The tenants will be giving us 4 weeks notice soon but haven't signaled exact dates for their departure yet so could be in 4 - 6 weeks or longer.. We are seeking quotes now and some ideas as to when you could do this work.
