Exterior painting and water blasting in Hataitai Wellington

(1) On concrete path going up the steps I want the side walls re-painted (2) On deck at rear of house I want the floor boards water blasted to clean the pine planks (3) For deck at rear of house the wooden railing needs re-painting on both sides. On the far side there is loose flaking paint that needs to re removed either by water blasting or sanding. The far side is 2-3 meters above ground on sloping section
