Job description
Window frames are looking tired and peeling, with nail heads rusting. Door frame and especially sill as well is looking tired. Job is to prepare window frame and door frame/sill surfaces for painting, remove old flaking paint, apply rust converter onto the nail heads, fill holes and gaps with appropriate filler, prime and paint with good quality white (off white?) exterior paint, no less than 2 top-coats but will take advice. House is standard single level 3-bed bungalow will not require scaffolding. Photos are indicative of condition
