Flashing and corrosion repair

Hi, I am the Chairperson of the Childers Terrace Body Corporate Committee in Kilbirnie and we have two items of work that we are looking to get quotes for. 1. There a number of flashings, about 30, that are showings signs of surface corrosion that we would like remedied. 2. The garage ceiling and a number of steel beams are also showing signs of surface corrosion. We are located at 45 Childers Terrace and invite you to suggest a number of potential times for site visits this week or next, to inspect the flashings and ceiling/beams, prior to issuing a quote.
