I regret submitting my original review before completing a full inspection. I subsequently found many problems. After trying to get the work remedied, we ended up at the Disputes Tribunal, who ruled in our favour and ordered HPW Ltd to pay us $2070 (see CIV- --- on --- ). Payment was late and came only after we applied further pressure and received abusive emails from HPW.
