House painting

We moved into our house in Khandallah in October 2019 and have recently noticed small patches of exterior paint which are bubbling up or flaking off. Also a number of rust spots from nails. We are looking for someone to come and assess the exterior paint and quote us for repairs, or if necessary to repaint the exterior of the house. It is on a slope, and so one half is ground level with the other half 1 story up.
