Paint trellis on a fence

I need the trellis work on a fence painted. I have started the job but the majority of the reddish colour trellis needs to be finished (paint to black). I will supply the paint but the contractor needs to provide the paint tools and ladder if required. I am also looking to paint the white trellis black but at this stage the job is just for the trellis above the main fence.
