Interior Painting & plastering

3 items: 1) Toilet Room needs repainting. Had a new toilet and sink put in. Some plastering needed over new jib. 2) Had Radiators installed. Plumber made too many holes in the walls and the holes need plugging/repainting 3) Fire place has been condemned. Needs plaster over jib and painting. *The Toilet Room is priority as awaiting this to be done to get lino installed.
