Help fix up my attempt

I started painting thinking anyone can do this ... turns out I was wrong! I need someone to paint over my paint job. It’s a small entrance hall, up the stairs and the upstairs hall. Ceilings too. Also the balastrade needs sanding and painting. Once that’s all done we might even paint the lounge.
