Exterior paint 2 bed house - scaffolding required
Job description
Small house - 2 story - 3 sides as it shares a wall with the neighbour. Nails need to be rust treated - it's right opposite the sea. I'm doing a few of the ones I can reach myself but it really needs a professional. Cladding is fibre cement board - 70s with asbestos so needs a mould inhibitor undercoat and thick paint (extra coat?). I'm keen to get it done soon but the weather is terrible! and I'm guessing painters are booked up for a while. It would be a nice job as you could listen to the ocean while you work if that's your thing, and Maranui cafe does a good early morning brekkie with a trade discount. Keen to get a quote by the end of next week and get the job booked in.
