Tinakori Road - painting and wallpaper hanging

I need quotes please for painting of room (5m x 5 m approx.) - no preparation required as room was recently painted white for sale. High ceilings. Also need wallpapering of room next to this room so same tradie preferred. Same sort of size room. High ceilings. No preparation required. Paint and wallpaper not yet chosen but this will be done very soon.
