3 Bed house to freshen up painting

I just want to spruce up the interior of a medium sized single story 3 bed house. I am expecting walls ceilings and skirting and door frames to be refreshed in a neutral colour / white off white throughout. there is a minor amount of plastering repair over some cracks and filling of very small holes in both wood and walls. There is no-one living at the property for the next 4 weeks so would need you to complete the job in this time
