Complete Interior repaint (2 bedroom downstairs flat in old villa with high ceilings), some touch up exterior painting, and some home handyman work - rehanging wardrobe doors, gate, fixing door facing etc. The flat is completely empty, so access is available at any time Keen to get this done in the next couple of weeks if at all possible
