Exterior windows repainting
Job description
All exterior windows need repainting. All except one can be easily reached from ground or deck level, with either a small ladder or mobile scaffold needed for some. The one window that cannot be easily reached is above the conservatory. This window will be painted by removing the sashes to a place where they can be painted, while the frames can then be reached from inside The job has to be done between 2nd and 10th April while the tenant is away. A fixed price is preferred, but work on an hourly rate may be possible. Painting is to match the existing, I have the original Resene colour references.

I originally sought a price for all of my windows, which Trevor provided. I did not proceed with all the work due to my budget constraints. Trevor worked and provided 2 days work on an hourly charge basis. He was flexible in rearrainging his schedule to suit mine. He was proactive and professioanl in his approach to the work - mucking in with me to get the best result out of limited time. I look forward to engaging him again.
