Brooklyn - Interior painting and Window frame sanding and restoration
Job description
Hi there, We have some interior work to do on our house in Brooklyn. We have good access (via a short flat pathway) and space to park vechiles on our dead end street. 1. Interior window sanding & restoration We are keen to have three interior window frames sanded and restored to a wooden finish. We have completed the master bedroom ourselves (see photos of wooden frames). You can see the finish we are after. The completed master bedroom had water based paint (1 layer white comes off easily) and what we believe to be lead based paint (1 layer yellow). We suspect the other two windows are similar. The three window frames to be completed are pictured below. They are currently white. Two are located in bedrooms. We can move all furniture out for the job. One is located in the bathroom. We can discuss what is the best approach for this! 2 Built in wardrobe removal We have a built in wardrobe (see pictures) that we would like removed. The wardrobe is made of plywood and fixed to the walls. The walls will need restoring after. Light sanding does the job. 3 Interior painting We would like 1 bedroom to be painted. The room is approx 3.5meters x 3meters. We would like 1 x small bathroom to be painted. See photos. Can you provide a separate cost for: 1. Interior window sanding & restoration 2.
