Job description
A cute 90 sqm cottage needs an exterior paint, on flat section, single level, What needs doing: 1. Waterblast house and use mould inhibitor. Can you also please waterblast the paths and the back of the house ground. Please also waterblast the sheds. 2. Sand or Strip back the house boards & gutters to get to a stage where they are of a satisfactory level to paint. 3. Undercoat 4. 2x topcoat 5. Paint in 2 colours Main house in - Resene Half Duck Egg Blue --- Where white or accent areas currently are paint over in: - Resene Black White --- For the Front door, please do: Resene Dust Storm --- . Paint Picket Fence (let me know if youd prefer to paint the pickets first before they go on the fence and I will get the builder to get them to you first before he puts up). Ready to start this Sunday 27th January. Keen to get a fast turnaround ie paint within 3-4 weeks. You can live on site for free.
