We have a rental that needs some odd jobs and painting done.
-Painting of one room and one wall of another room. Painting over wallpaper- a little plastering over torn wallpaper needed
-light sand, undercoat and top coat of front door (inside- no photo)
-put up curtain rail
-close off chimney opening with wood or the like (for healthy homes purposes )
-tack back loose cord in hall
-locate and install hinge for kitchen cupboard door

"Kyle did the painting and plastering and sourced and put up curtain rail as I got someone else to do the other things. Possibly on the pricier side but I didn’t get other quotes and needed work done quickly which Kyle did and to a high standard. communication"
