1. Requires water based enamel satin white (or equivalent) with undercoat prep in isolated areas on a bay window, style circa late 1920’s as per picture below: ‘Red circles’ in areas that are flaked back to wood. The rest of the framing and casement windows likely just need a light sanding and a top-coat.
2. As per floor plan, north-east bedroom illustrated has a light amount of mold that just needs 1 or 2 coats of white ceiling paint. It is not due to a leak in the ceiling, just a bit of mold from insufficient ventilation from the previous tenant. The ‘green circle’ in the room requires the batten to be push/nailed back onto the plaster ceiling, a bit of no-more-gaps run either side and ceiling paint touched up.
3. Laundry (2m square) requires ceiling and walls painted, white acrylic. The finish isn’t so important and given the surface is not too high quality, it is more of a ‘do your best’ freshen up for the next tenant.
